WhatsApp Chat Custom Reply

Automatically Respond to customer queries within minutes!

With this new feature, you can automate customized replies on WhatsApp. Just specify the response from the customer and set a customized reply that will be sent to the customer instantly.

Advanced Insights in Journey

View two new insights on the Journey List page. You can now view the Total Conversions and Total Revenue your campaigns are yielding, in real-time.

On the Journey Overview page, you can also study the overall Journey Insights and Engagement Trends. This will tell you how many Customers Entered Journey, how many Customers Converted, and the Revenue Generated. You will also be able to keep track of the levels of customer engagement on all channels.

  • Last 7 Days

  • Last 15 Days

Customer Attribute

You can now view a list of all the Customer Attributes available on Growlytics. These are data points that your customer - who is your customer, their location, occupation, and a lot more depending on your business. There are two categories

System Attributes, which are pre-defined by Growlytics and tracked for all users post-integration, by default.

Custom Attributes, which are defined by you for each platform and can be tracked through the respective SDKs. You can easily create and add a custom attribute and set criteria as per your requirement. You can then use this custom attribute to further segment your customer data when creating journeys and sending out campaigns.

Autosave Journeys

Journeys will now get autosaved every time you click on 'Save Changes' after completing each step when creating a journey.

With new UI and features in the image gallery, you can skip the tedious process of scrolling through hundreds of images.

To bookmark images, click on the star icon on the top right corner of the Image Block. You can do this for frequently used images like Brand Logos and Cover images. Access them whenever you want by clicking on the 'Bookmarked' tab.

New Features in Forms and PopUps

  1. Templates: We've updated our template library with ready-to-use templates in multiple layouts.

  1. New Coupon Code Block: Add a coupon code block to your pop-ups and customize it to match your pop-up by changing the settings.

  1. Button Block gets Rich Text options: You can now choose a font of your choice, make the text bold, add custom colors and borders to the buttons, and much more.

ShopQuiz Integration

Shop Quiz is a product recommendation and survey tool that helps you collect data on customer interests and feedback through survey forms.

The Shop Quiz integration is built to enable you to view these responses from your customers and use it to create detailed segments while creating journeys and campaigns. This detailed segmentation will help you understand your customers' interests and requirements and recommend the right products accordingly.

To provide a convenient and seamless user experience, we have added short tutorial videos and direct links to articles on how to efficiently create and monitor the campaigns you create and send on Growlytics. You can either read the respective Help Centre articles or watch a quick video tutorial for a better understanding.
