Custom Attributes

Custom Attributes are those specific data points that you define and track for all your customers. These attributes enable you to identify your customers' preferences with respect to your business and provide them with personalized experiences in real-time.

Based on your industry and requirement, these attributes can be:

  • Shopify customer

  • Total spends on your website

  • Customer Lifetime Value

  • Average order amount, etc.

Adding a Custom Attribute

Here is how you can create and add a Custom Attribute

  1. Log in to your Growlytics Dashboard

  2. Navigate to the 'Customers' tab

  3. Click on 'Customer Attributes'

  4. Click on 'Add Custom Attribute' on the top right corner of the page

  5. Enter the 'Attribute Name'

  6. Click on the drop-down and select the attribute type

  7. Click on 'Create Attribute'

You will now be able to see this attribute in the Custom Attribute list.
