# Forms and PopUps Reports

View detailed statistics to track the performance of every Form or PopUp that you publish. 

To access these statistics all you have to do is 

* Log in to your Growlytics account
* Click on Campaigns on the left side menu
* Click on Forms & PopUps, select the PopUp for which you want to view the stats

Here you will be able to see

* The number of views the PopUp has
* The number of conversions the PopUp brought in&#x20;
* Details of converted customers, like name, email, and mobile number.&#x20;
