Dialogue 360 Integration

Integration Pre-requisites

  1. Facebook Business Account

  2. Mobile number that is not registered on WhatsApp

  3. Create an account with Dialog 360 using this link - https://hub.360dialog.com/dashboard/app/ghsboWPA/permissions

Steps to Follow

  1. Visit this link - https://hub.360dialog.com/dashboard/app/ghsboWPA/permissions - and sign up to create an account on Dialog 360. Click on 'Sign up with Facebook'.

  1. Sign up using Facebook. Enter your Facebook login credentials on the screen below and click on 'Log In'.

  1. After logging in select the required options visible on the screen and click on 'Continue with Facebook'. On the pop-up window, click on 'Continue as <Your Name>'.

  1. Click on 'Get Started' and enter all the required information on the corresponding screens.

  1. Enter the mobile number you wish to register and complete the WhatsApp Business Number verification process by entering the 6-digit code and clicking on 'Verify'.

  2. You will now see a pop-up to generate API Key, click on the 'Generate API Key' button. Copy the API Key and Address and click on 'Continue' to proceed.

Your Dialog 360 account is now set up and ready to use.

Integrating your Dilaog360 account

  1. Log in to your Growlytics Dashboard - https://app.growlytics.in/

  2. Click on 'Settings' from theside panel and select 'WhatsApp'

  3. Click on the 'Add Provider' button on the top right corner of the screen.

  4. Select the service provider 'Dialog360' from the drop down.

  5. Name the configuration, e.g. Dialog360

  6. Enter the address (copied in step 6 from the above section) as the API endpoint

  7. Enter the API key (copied in step 6 from the above section)

  8. Click on the 'Create Provider' button to complete the integration process
