Customer Attributes

Customer attributes are data points that describe your customer - who is your customer, their location, occupation, and a lot more depending on your business. Such detailed customer data helps you segment your customers into relevant segments and use multiple channels of engagement to communicate with your customers.

We have two categories of customer attributes:

  1. System Attributes: These are attributes pre-defined by Growlytics and are tracked for all users post-integration, by default.

  2. Custom Attributes: These attributes are defined by you for each platform and can be tracked through the respective SDKs.
