The Facebook Custom Audiences <> Growlytics integration, helps you leverage valuable information about your customer's shopping behavior, engagement with communications, and other data collected on the Growlytics platform to create custom audiences and effectively target your ads on Facebook.

Step 1: Integrating Facebook Custom Audience with Growlytics

Set up your Facebook Custom Audience x Growlytics integration within minutes by following these steps

  1. Log in to your Growlytics Dashboard

  2. Navigate to ‘Integrations’ on the left sidebar

  3. Select ‘Facebook Custom Audience’, and you will be redirected to the installation page.

  4. Click on ‘Install’

  5. Connect your Facebook Business account

The integration between Facebook Custom Audience and Growlytics is live. All your customers' data collected on Growlytics will now get synced with your Facebook audience.

Step 2: Syncing Segments

After integrating your Growlytics and Facebook Custom Audiences accounts, the process is straightforward. Create a segment on Growlytics and effortlessly sync it with your Facebook Custom Audience. Facebook will collect this data and synchronize it seamlessly with your customer profiles.

The sync will be completed successfully only when the email addresses customers utilize to log in to their Facebook accounts correspond with the registered email ID in Growlytics. For instance, if a customer's email on Growlytics is customer@growlytics.com and they log in to their Facebook account using the same email address.

Step 3: Creating a Segment

Using an omnichannel approach to communicate with your customers ensures better scope of engagement with your customers thus resulting in higher chances of them converting into buyers.

Create a Facebook Custom Audience using the following steps

  2. Sync this newly created segment to Facebook

  3. Create a custom audience on Facebook by selecting the segment of your choice from the Audiences section on your Facebook Ads Manager

And you’re done! You can now use your Facebook Custom Audiences to run precisely targeted ads and drive better customer engagement and conversions.
