System Attributes

To make life easier, we have predefined a list of generic customer details that every digital business should track for their customers. These details are also known as System Attributes and include information regarding your customer's name, location, channel unsubscribe status, last app version, and more.

Below is a list of all the System Attributes:

Yes/No

Tracks channel preference by customer. All customers that share their mobile numbers are automatically opted-in. If unsubscribed, then the user will not receive any promotional WhatsApp messages from you. (Transactional WhatsApp messages will be sent to all customers irrespective of their unsubscribed status)

Web Push Reachable

Yes/No

Tracks channel preference by customer. Notifications will be sent to all customers who have visited your website and have agreed to receive notifications. Those who have not will not receive any promotional notifications from you.

Mobile Push Reachable

Yes/No

Tracks channel preference by customer. Notifications will be sent to all customers who have downloaded your app and have enabled notification on their device. Those who have disabled notifications will not receive any promotional notifications from you.
