System Attributes

To make life easier, we have predefined a list of generic customer details that every digital business should track for their customers. These details are also known as System Attributes and include information regarding your customer's name, location, channel unsubscribe status, last app version, and more.

Below is a list of all the System Attributes:

Initial Browser Version	Text	The browser version that was used by the customers to visit your website/app for the first time.
Last Browser Version	Text	The browser version that was used by the customers to visit your website/app the last time.
Initial Device Manufacturer	Text	The manufacturer of the device used by the customers to visit your website/app for the first time.
Last Device Manufacturer	Text	The manufacturer of the device used by the customers to visit your website/app the last time.

Initial OS	Text	The type of OS on the device used by the customers to visit your website/app for the first time.

Last App Version Name	Text	The version of the app that was used by the customer the last time.
Initial Language	Text	The language selected by the customers when they visited your website/app for the first time.
Last Language	Text	The language selected by the customers when they visited your website/app the last time.
Initial Platform	Text	The platform (website/app) that was visited by the customers for the first time.
Last Platform	Text	The platform (website/app) that was visited by the customers the last time.
Initial Traffic Source	Text	The source of traffic when the customers visited your website/app for the first time.
Last Traffic Source	Text	The source of traffic when the customers visited your website/app the last time.
Initial UTM Source	Text	The UTM source that was used by the customers to visit your website/app for the first time.
Last UTM Source	Text	The UTM source that was used by the customers to visit your website/app the last time.

Initial UTM Campaign	Text	The UTM campaign through which customers were directed to visit your website/app for the first time.
Last UTM Campaign	Text	The UTM campaign through which customers were directed to visit your website/app the last time.
Email Unsubscribed	Yes/No	Tracks channel preference by customer. All customers that share their email addresses are automatically opted-in. If unsubscribed, then the user will not receive any promotional emails from you. (Transactional emails will be sent to all customers irrespective of their unsubscribed status)

Mobile	Text	Customer Mobile number
SMS Unsusbcribed	Yes/No	Tracks channel preference by customer. All customers that share their mobile numbers are automatically opted-in. If unsubscribed, then the user will not receive any promotional SMS from you. (Transactional SMS will be sent to all customers irrespective of their unsubscribed status)
WhatsApp Unsubscribed	Yes/No	Tracks channel preference by customer. All customers that share their mobile numbers are automatically opted-in. If unsubscribed, then the user will not receive any promotional WhatsApp messages from you. (Transactional WhatsApp messages will be sent to all customers irrespective of their unsubscribed status)
Web Push Reachable	Yes/No	Tracks channel preference by customer. Notifications will be sent to all customers who have visited your website and have agreed to receive notifications. Those who have not will not receive any promotional notifications from you.
Mobile Push Reachable	Yes/No	Tracks channel preference by customer. Notifications will be sent to all customers who have downloaded your app and have enabled notification on their device. Those who have disabled notifications will not receive any promotional notifications from you.
