GoKwik Integration

NOTE: The GoKwik <> Growlytics integration is done by the GoKwik Team , for any queries regarding the same please contact the GoKwik support team.

With the GoKwik <> Growlytics integration, you can seamlessly send automations to customers during the GoKwik Checkout process. The Growlytics platform triggers a total of 6 events at different stages, and you can find detailed information about these events in the accompanying document.

The document is divided into two parts, each focusing on specific events related to GoKwik users:

  1. New user events for GoKwik

  2. Returning user events for GoKwik

For New Users

Event 1 - Mobile Number Entered

This event gets triggered when the customer completes the 'Enter Mobile Number' step.

Event Name: Mobile_Added_GK

A user base is created by GoKwik based on the mobile number and the following details are shared with Growlytics

  1. "Mobile Number" // start with +91

  2. "Product Name":{}

  3. "Product ID"

  4. "Product Quantity"

  5. "Product Variant ID"

  6. "Product Price"

  7. "Currency"

  8. "Image URL"

  9. "Product URL"

  10. "Promo Code"

  11. "Cart Total Price"

  12. "Tag: GoKwik"

IMPORTANT: If the user adds the Promo Code in any of the steps, the corresponding information will be added to the subsequent event data.

Event 2 - Pincode Entered

This event gets triggered when the customer enters the pincode.

Event Name: PIN_Code_Added_GK

A user base is created by GoKwik based on the pincode and the following details are shared with Growlytics

Event 3 - Address Entered

This event gets triggered when the customer clicks on 'Continue' after entering the address.

Event Name: Address_Added_GK

A user base is created by GoKwik based on the address and the following details are shared with Growlytics

  4. "Full Address"

**In this step the email and full name are updated in the login object along with the user's phone number. Thus, ensuring that all customer details required for triggering the automation are available on Growlytics.

Event 4 - Payment Method Selected

This event gets triggered when the customer clicks on the payment method.

Event Name: Payment_Method_Selected_GK

A user base is created by GoKwik based on the payment method selected and the following details are shared with Growlytics

User Attribute

A tag will be created in the customer attributes - userTag: GoKwik. This user tag will help identify users coming form the GoKwik Checkout.

How to use GoKwik Events

Here is how you can use the above-mentioned events to create automations on the Growlytics Platform.

  1. Create a journey.

  2. Select a template of your choice, in this example, we have used an Abandoned Cart Journey.

  3. Click to edit the Event Trigger Block, here you can select 'When Customer Performs Event' and pick the GoKwik event that you require.

  4. Click on 'Publish' once you have created the journey.
