How to warm up the email server on Growlytics
When you switch from one email service provider to another, the email server used for sending your emails will change as well. Your new ESP's email servers are not allowed to send large numbers of emails at the same time, so to make sure the emails are delivered properly, you will need to start with a small number of emails and increase the number of emails over time.
The email warm-up process plays a crucial role in email deliverability, avoiding it can result in a lot of emails not being delivered permanently.
Basic Requirements and Recommendations before the warm-up
Before you import your customers into Growlytics, it's important you clean your email list. There are many services out there that you can use like zerobounce.net or neverbounce.com. This will remove invalid, misspelled, and 'catch-all' addresses — this is likely to increase your open rate.
Set up SPF, DKIM, and Tracking signatures.
Configure the PTR and reverse DNS records with your email service providers.

Keep track of your campaign metrics. If you think you are getting more bounces and complaints, do not go to the next step, keep your campaign customers the same and try sending the emails once again.
