# Scheduled Reports

Reports help gain insight into your business's performance, offering clarity on what's working and where you can make improvements.

Analysis of these reports will help you make informed decisions, optimize your e-commerce strategy, and foster growth.

## Overview

Scheduled reports in Growlytics offer a detailed understanding of your e-commerce store's performance. They provide in-depth data on crucial key performance indicators (KPIs), encompassing revenue, orders, customer behavior, and marketing endeavors.

These KPIs serve as metrics to gauge the success of your business and aid in making well-informed decisions. Scheduled Reports enable tracking of essential metrics like total store revenue, total orders, average order value, customer repeat rate, and much more.

You can also download the scheduled reports in CSV format, providing flexibility for offline data work, in-depth analysis, and easy sharing. Scheduled reports help in the periodic analysis of campaigns, thus allowing you to stay on top of your business's performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance your e-commerce store.
